We are Japanese automotive air conditioning industrial company, located in Cikarang Bekasi. To support development in our company, we are looking for dynamic individual who has the high capability, and highly oriented in success as:
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
General Requirement :
Male
Age min 27 years old / Max 35 years old
Education D3 industrial engineering or management
Experience in warehouse management system
Experience in Automotive company is advantage
Familiar with JIT/ kanban system
Familiar with ERP software
Job Description :
To performs a visual inspection of outgoing product.
To ensure that the product and packaging is in good condition and that marking and labeling requirements are met.
Responsible for ensuring that the production process are carried out smoothly and under controlled conditions.
Monitor the incoming material.
Monitor and check the Material Issue Note issued by Production Planning section from Production Department.
Control and receive accepted finish good from quality in warehouse area and update stock card.
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews and identifying warehouse system improvements.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
Authority to Hold the delivery to customerif Finish good and documents is not match
